BGE — Brown & Gay Engineers: Our Culture

Community Involvement

Community is the context for everything we do at BGE. We get involved in communities of all kinds, from participating in our professional community to helping with local community clean-ups to volunteering to help a 300-person village in Guatemala, where the shallow aquifer they depended on for clean water had been contaminated.

We participate in the annual MS 150 Bike Ride from Houston to Austin and with organizations like the YMCA, Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of America, Houston Food Bank, and others.

We understand that one way to help communities is to be one. BGE is a community—at work, at learning, at play, at giving back.
