This 971-acre business park, located at Beltway 8 and IH 45 North, consists of light manufacturing, warehouse, and supply chain distribution facilities and accommodates up to 7 million square feet of build-to-suit and user-owned facilities.

BGE designed and prepared construction plans for all of the infrastructure, including water distribution lines, sanitary sewer collection lines, storm sewer and detention facilities, lift stations, and a water re-pressurization plant. BGE provided platting, survey, pipeline re-location coordination, gas and electric service coordination, project contract administration, and construction observation services.

BGE serves as District Engineer for both Municipal Utility Districts that encompass Pinto Business Park.

The Park has frontage on both Beltway 8 (north boundary) and IH 45 north (east boundary), which allows excellent access to these significant transportation corridors. To take advantage of these access corridors, BGE provided transportation planning services for Pinto Business Park, including multi-phased traffic impact analyses and traffic signalization plans for three major intersections at the boundary of the Park.
