Chad has 29 years of experience mainly in transportation projects, including freeways, toll roads, farm-to-market roads, local streets, off-system bridges, and hike-and-bike facilities. Chad’s expertise includes roadway geometric design, local drainage systems, retaining wall layouts, bridge layouts, TCP, utility resolution, signing and pavement markings, specifications and cost estimates. Chad has provided these engineering services for clients such as TxDOT, Harris County Toll Road Authority, Mongomery County Toll Road Authority and various counties, including Harris and Fort Bend Counties.
