Eric Hampton brings 17 years of expertise in civil engineering, specializing in land development and site design projects. He excels in site development, land planning, stormwater drainage systems, utilities, and permitting/coordination efforts. As Vice President and Managing Director of Land/Site Development at BGE, Eric has successfully led projects across the southeastern United States, serving as project manager and technical lead. His professional affiliations with ASCE, ICSC, USGBC, and ULI highlight his commitment to industry leadership and sustainable development practices. Eric holds multiple PE licenses across several states.
