Jaime has over 27 years of experience in the real estate and land development consulting industry. His experience includes in-fill, re-development, master-planned communities, single-family, multi-family, commercial, retail, and industrial developments throughout the North Texas region. He also assists clients with property entitlement, including annexations, zoning, special district creation, and development agreement negotiations. 

Currently, Jaime leads BGE’s North Texas Land and Site Development Department.  He oversees a multidisciplinary team that provides Planning, Surveying, Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Construction Management services to our clients and the development community.
