Matt has over 22 years of experience as a civil engineering consultant, primarily on water and wastewater projects for small and large utilities. He is an Owner and Director in the Public Works Department for BGE, Inc. in its Katy office. He is the Program Manager/Engineer for North Fort Bend Water Authority and West Fort Bend Water Authority and District Engineer for Harris County MUD No. 106. He currently serves on the board or advisory council for the Texas Chapter of the American Public Works Association, the Association of Water Board Directors, Grand Lakes Water Control and Improvement District, and Memorial Lutheran Church in Katy. He lives in Katy with his wife and two children.
