Melinda Salazar, PE, has over 25 years of experience, including project management, preliminary engineering, and final design for residential projects and commercial projects, particularly master-planned communities in the Houston area. Melinda serves as the District Engineer in Harris and Fort Bend Counties, and also chairs the Water Resource Committee for the West Houston Association. She currently serves as the District Engineer for four districts and as the Senior Project Manager, responsible for the management and development of a 3,600-acre master-planned community.
