William D. (Doug) Dillon, PE, MBA

North Texas Region Operations Leader

Doug Dillon joined BGE to help the firm grow and diversify into new geographic markets and has been instrumental in establishing the firm’s presence in North and Central Texas. In his current role as operations leader for the North Texas region, he oversees the day-to-day operations of three offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, as well as the firm’s Waco office and two offices in Arkansas. His main areas of focus are on market positioning and leadership development within the region.

With nearly 35 years of transportation engineering and project management experience, Doug continues to advocate for transportation projects across the state. He is also responsible for overseeing the firm’s legal matters and serves as an advisor for safety for the firm.
