BUILT FOR GENERATIONS

Concrete and steel, stone and earth—these are the elements of infrastructure. BGE has brought these elements together in the service of engineering, construction, environmental science, planning, surveying and more. But by far the most important element of the projects we undertake is human. Community is at the heart of our mission. We are driven to ensure that our solutions endure for generations. We exist to serve.

WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT

  • From the first time I walked through the front doors of BGE, I could feel the family atmosphere. This makes for an enjoyable work experience. This fantastic atmosphere comes from the top all the way down to every employee.

At BGE, I get the opportunity to use the skills I have developed as an environmental scientist. Each day is a host to new challenges and provides continuous opportunities to learn and progress. I get to work with a strong team of professionals on a wide variety of project types in diverse locations. I also have the chance to create a positive impact in my community and help to protect the environment while doing so.

  • BGE’s culture creates an outstanding work-life balance and a family-oriented working space. Having the ability to take care of yourself and your family’s well-being without the fear of repercussions at work is essential to a healthy environment.

    Project Manager - Frisco
  • BGE is a great place to work. The culture is family-oriented and flexible, and the people are awesome. As a senior project manager, I get to interact with both the BGE team as well as my clients. Believe me – you will be valued for your input as a member of this team.
    Lizanne Douglas
    Senior Project Manager - Houston
  • One of my favorite aspects of BGE is the opportunity for growth. I am a former teacher and started at BGE as an administrative assistant. In that role, I was able to learn about the business and develop relationships with employees across all four regions. In my current role as a training coordinator, I am continuing to build relationships and learning how the Employee Development team can best support our employees. I am also able to draw upon my skills as an educator to help create training content.
