Chris oversees the engineering planning, analysis and design for the stormwater infrastructure of a wide range of civil engineering projects, including land development, major transportation design and public flood damage reduction projects. His engineering experience has been focused on surface water hydrology and hydraulics, development of drainage master plans, riverine hydraulic analysis, impact and mitigation analyses for land development and transportation projects and design of urban stormwater drainage capital improvement projects. He co-authored the FHWA Urban Drainage Design Manual (HEC 22, Volume 3), the authoritative source on urban storm drainage system design and analysis.
