BGE Welcomes Ansliee Stehling Cantu as Attorney in Houston
Houston, TX – We’re proud to announce that Ansliee Stehling Cantu has joined BGE as an attorney based in our Houston office. Ansliee brings a deep commitment to justice and a strong foundation in legal research, contract review, and litigation support – skills honed through years of hands-on experience across multiple sectors of law.
She earned her Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where she was an active member of the Student Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Spanish from Sam Houston State University, graduating with honors. During law school, Ansliee was actively involved in the Student Bar Association and the Houston Bar Association, and she earned a Mediation Certificate to expand her skills further.
Before joining BGE full-time, Ansliee served as a Legal intern with the firm, supporting multi-state licensing efforts, reviewing contracts, and conducting legal research. Her experience includes clerkships and internships in real estate law, civil litigation, and criminal defense.
Ainslee’s attention to detail, collaborative mindset, and dedication to the legal profession make her a valuable addition to our team. We’re excited to have her on board and look forward to the impact she’ll make at BGE.
