San Antonio, TX – We’re thrilled to share some exciting news: Kristen Castro has officially earned the Bentley OpenRoads Designer Premier Scholar accreditation, one of the most exclusive recognitions in the field of civil engineering software mastery.
The Bentley Premier Scholar Accreditation Program is designed to spotlight and empower exceptional technical professionals. The journey to this elite status began with an intense three-day technical bootcamp, diving deep into advanced topics and real-world case studies focused on OpenRoads Designer. From there, participants faced a capstone project featuring three complex, practical design challenges – each requiring not just learned techniques, but also individual creativity, critical thinking, and technical insight.
Kristen met this challenge head-on. Not only did she demonstrate an exceptional understanding of the software, but she also revealed a mastery of applying that knowledge to solve difficult engineering problems with ingenuity and precision.
This is no small accomplishment – fewer than 200 professionals worldwide have achieved this status. And thanks to Kristen, BGE now proudly counts four Premier Scholars among our ranks.
