Chris has 36 years of experience managing the planning, design, and construction of public works and transportation projects for a wide range of public and private clients. Chris began his career with Harris County, where he spent more than 11 years in various capacities as a Project Manager, project engineer, and construction manager.

Currently, Chris manages BGE’s Houston Construction Management Department. He oversees all aspects of the department and provides construction administration and inspection services for clients, including the North Fort Bend Water Authority, Harris County Toll Road Authority, TxDOT, and the Coastal Water Authority.
