Randy N. Randermann, PE

Randy Randermann is the President and CEO of BGE, Inc., where he leads the firm’s strategic direction, driving growth in alignment with the organization’s vision and guiding values. With a focus on developing future leaders, he champions a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence while aligning the organization around long-term goals and opportunities.

A registered professional engineer with 35 years of experience, Randy has provided feasibility, planning, design, project management, and construction administration services for a wide range of infrastructure projects. Prior to becoming CEO, he served as operations leader for the Southeast region, where he drove the firm’s geographic expansion into North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, and Arizona. Throughout his career, Randy has been instrumental in business development, team growth, and operational leadership across BGE.
