Allie Joiner, PE, Joins BGE
San Antonio, TX – We’re excited to welcome Allie Joiner, PE, PTP, EVN, SP, to BGE’s Transportation Systems team!
With over a decade of experience in transportation planning and traffic engineering, Allie brings a dynamic blend of technical excellence, project leadership, and a deep commitment to mobility, safety, and accessibility. Her expertise spans transportation planning, traffic operations, roadway design, and public engagement – always with an eye toward community impact.
Graduating from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Construction Engineering, Alli’s work touches every phase of project development, from feasibility studies to final construction. She has led multimillion-dollar contracts across South Texas while serving as Area Lead for Transportation Development at RS&H, where she helped grow the regional team and managed a wide range of projects, including roadway and traffic-on-call projects, preliminary site evaluation (PS&E) projects, corridor studies, and mobility plans.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Texas and Alabama, Allie also holds certifications as a Professional Transportation Planner and an Envision Sustainability Professional – reflecting her dedication to creating infrastructure that serves both current needs and future growth.
We’re thrilled to have her on board, and confident that her thoughtful leadership will strengthen our mission to connect people and places with purpose.
