BGE, Inc. is proud to announce Andrew Grant, PE, Kate Hallaway, PE, and Drew Tiffany, PE, as the 2021 BGE Dick Gay Core Value Award honorees.
The award is one of the company’s highest honors, and it is presented to BGE employees who embody the core values of the firm: integrity, commitment, respect and excellent reputation. This is the first year BGE is awarding this recognition to three individuals – an effort to highlight more outstanding employees as its workforce continues to grow.
Grant is the manager of the Land/Site Development department in BGE’s Charlotte office. He joined BGE in 2018 and has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. His peers highlight his ethics and strong desire to help others as key attributes that make him a great coworker.
Hallaway is a project manager in BGE’s Houston Public Works department. She has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from Rice University, and she has been with BGE for eight years. Her peers highlight her work ethic, reliability, and her efforts in the company and in the community.
Tiffany is a project manager in the Houston region Land Development department. He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Houston and has been with BGE for nine years. His peers highlight his dedication to ensuring the best possible outcome for every project.
