This award is one of the company’s highest honors, and it is presented to BGE employees who embody the core values of the firm: integrity, commitment, respect, and excellent reputation. These values shine through in their contributions to BGE throughout the year, as well as their daily interactions with others.
Tony is a Director of Surveying at BGE, based out of our Houston office. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from LeTourneau University and recently celebrated his 5-year anniversary with BGE. Tony consistently demonstrates an unwavering commitment to inspiring not only his colleagues in surveying, but also in other disciplines throughout the firm. Tony’s leadership and mentorship have become infectious, fostering the development and professional growth of his team members. His positive influence and leadership have made a lasting impact on BGE’s clients and in the community.
Jason is a Senior Project Manager with our Land Development team in Houston. He has spent 17 of his professional years with BGE and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M University. Jason is an exceptional leader and client manager, recognized for his expertise, and the first to volunteer, mentor, train, and lead employees to succeed. He always honors his word and handles himself professionally without waiver, even in the most challenging situations. Jason’s consistent demonstration of BGE’s core values and his exceptionally high standards garner the respect of his BGE team members and clients alike.
