Professional Engineer Licenses
Matt Baker, PE, is an engineer in the San Antonio Transportation Systems department. He interned with BGE twice in 2013 and 2014 and later joined the firm full-time in 2018. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Cameron Bridges, PE, is an engineer in the firm’s Construction Management department at the Frisco office. He has been with BGE since 2014, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
Jacob Falkoff, PE, is an engineer in the Fayetteville Transportation Systems department. He has been with BGE for five years, and he received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
Nathan Kelly, PE, is an engineer in the North Austin office’s Land/Site Development department. He joined BGE as an intern in 2015 before joining full-time as an engineer in training in 2017. He earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
Chelsea Osbourn, PE, is a project manager in the Land Development department in the San Antonio office. She fulfilled two internships with BGE before joining full-time as an engineer in training in 2016. She received her bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
Thomas Pharr, PE, is a project manager in the North Austin office’s Land/Site Development department. He joined BGE in May 2021, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
Dale Son, PE, is an assistant project manager in the Frisco office Public Works department. He also joined the firm in May 2021. He has a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Southern Methodist University and a master’s degree in environmental sciences from the University of Houston at Clear Lake.
Jaime Soria, PE, is an engineer in the Land/Site Development department in the firm’s Fort Worth office. He joined BGE back in 2000, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
Joe Sunder, PE, is an assistant project manager in the North Austin Transportation Systems department. He earned his professional engineering license in September 2020, shortly before he joined BGE in January 2021. He earned his bachelor’s degree in biological engineering from Penn State University.
Tim Tran, PE, is an engineer in the Transportation Systems department in the Katy office. He has been with BGE for three years, and he has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Houston.
Kristen Turkal, PE, is a project manager in the Houston office Land Development office. She first joined BGE as an intern in 2016 before coming aboard full-time as an EIT in 2017. She earned her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
Dru Zella, PE, is an engineer in the South Austin office’s Land/Site Development department. He has been with BGE for four years, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Registered Professional Land Surveyors
Warren Primeau, RPLS, is a project surveyor in the Frisco office. He has a bachelor’s degree in construction management and engineering, and a master’s degree in environmental and resource engineering from SUNY College of Environmental and Forestry. He joined BGE in 2021.
Austin Woo, RPLS, is a project surveyor in the Houston office. He has been with BGE for nearly seven years. He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Houston Baptist University.

Curt Kestila, CFM, is an assistant project manager in the Frisco office Transportation Systems department. He has been with BGE for eight years, and he earned his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Iowa State University.
