Marcelo Moacyr recently joined BGE as Practice Leader, Industrial Services, to expand our design, environmental and surveying expertise to industrial clients along the gulf coast with a focus on east Houston and the ship channel area.
As a Brazilian native with more than 30 years of experience, Moacyr brings a unique global perspective to the BGE team. His experience includes serving as CEO of Flovac Americas and various roles within Odebrecht across Florida, Texas, and Latin America. He has led a wide range of projects, including single- and multi-family housing, hotels, airports, and major water reuse projects. He will office in Houston.
Moacyr holds a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Universidade Gama Filho in Rio de Janeiro.
