BGE, Inc. announced today that Bill Kotlan, PE will lead its office in The Woodlands. Kotlan will be replacing Mark Froehlich, who retired at the end of December.
Kotlan, a Texas A&M University graduate, has 30 years of professional experience in public infrastructure, water and sewer utilities, and road and drainage improvements. He has served as a senior project manager with BGE for five years and is a 20-year resident of Montgomery County.
