BGE, Inc. announced today that David T. Retzsch, RLA recently joined the firm as a senior landscape architect in the firm’s Frisco, TX office.
Retzsch brings nearly 40 years of expertise to BGE. A recognized leader in urban design, he is known for delivering successful outcomes on complex, multi-disciplinary projects through collaboration, flexibility and communication. His past project experience ranges from residential communities and mixed-use developments to institutional facilities and corporate campuses to parks, nature areas and urban streetscapes.
In addition to design execution and client interaction, Retzsch will also be responsible for mentoring future designers within the department.

Retzsch earned his bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Illinois at Urbana/Champaign. He is a registered landscape architect in Texas, a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and is currently serving on the Board of the Greater Dallas Planning Council (GDPC).
