Overview
Dunham Pointe is a 1,327-acre, master-planned community, located on the south side of US Hwy 290 in Cypress, Texas.
BGE is providing consulting services for all aspects of this community’s development. When built out, Dunham Pointe will include a diverse mix of uses of residential, office, retail and commercial facilities all connected via a series of parks, open spaces and green corridors.
