Great Sky is an existing 1,100-acre development that lies within the rolling hills of North Georgia. This development is immediately adjacent to the Hickory Log Creek Reservoir and has 360-degree picturesque views of both the mountains and the water. Comprised of 660 previously developed lots, the future phases of this development will increase the overall yield to 2,750 units. BGE has been engaged to start reviewing the entirety of the future phase and is actively contracted, as the prime consultant, to permit Pods 7, 13, and 14. This active scope includes the design and permitting of 293 single-family detached lots.
