BGE provided comprehensive site civil engineering, environmental, and traffic impact analysis services for Phase I of this expansive 284-acre industrial park in Mesquite, Texas. The multi-phase development is currently being planned and executed, with Phase I design successfully completed.
Phase I encompasses the development of 192 acres, accommodating three buildings with a combined warehouse space of 1.8 million square feet. The site integrated critical site design elements, including underground utilities for water, sewer, and stormwater management, as well as grading and paving.
Phase II will introduce three additional buildings on 92 acres, resulting in a cumulative warehouse space of 1.6 million square feet. The development’s strategic location and meticulous planning ensure optimal logistics and operational efficiency for businesses in the industrial park.
