Scott Osterhoudt, Director of Surveying at BGE’s Charlotte office, brings over 26 years of experience in land surveying. He specializes in boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, hydrographic, leveling, and LiDAR surveys. Scott has successfully managed projects across a variety of sectors, including roadways, right-of-way, easements, aviation, railroad, and land/site development. Notable achievements include overseeing over 200 projects for NCDOT, with expertise in mobile LiDAR and aerial panel surveys. Scott’s leadership ensures efficient and accurate project delivery, leveraging his deep knowledge of regulatory standards and extensive coordination skills.
