Project Engineer, Public Works

Daniel LaCour has over 5 years of utility design experience serving as Project Engineer on projects for various municipalities and water authorities including Austin, Alliance Regional Water Authority, Round Rock, Leander, Kyle and New Braunfels. Daniel’s experience includes large and small diameter water and wastewater pipeline and facility design, including gravity and pressure lines. He has experience from planning to PS&E and construction, including joint bid projects between local municipalities and TxDOT. He brings experience coordinating with utility owners and stakeholders to work through utility conflict analysis and design utility relocations. His wide range of experience working with limited right-of-way, congested utilities, and permitting challenges brings valuable knowledge to projects.
