With over 35 years of consulting experience, Jean provides air permitting and compliance support for a broad range of clients and project types. She leads projects in air permitting (NSR and Title V) including permitting strategy and emissions calculations, regulatory compliance (including EMIS implementation), and compliance audits. Jean can accomplish tasks in high pressure environments while maintaining quality, timeliness, and efficiency. She supports clients in chemical, oil and gas, power, terminals, and manufacturing.
