Andrew specializes in client relationships, property search, feasibility, planning, and conceptual design at BGE. With 35+ years of civil engineering experience, he has managed 17,000+ acres of feasibility and planning, 9,000+ acres of design and construction, and established 16+ Municipal Utility Districts. A licensed engineer in Texas with a B.S. from Tennessee Tech, he is active in ULI, GHBA, WHA, NHA, and local economic development councils. Outside work, he enjoys golf, shooting, hunting, and motorsports with his family.
