Astrid Castano has 19 years of experience in Texas and other states, specializing in site and land development projects including single-family residential subdivisions, multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, distribution center, and assisted living projects. Her experience includes preparing construction plans, site inspections, engineering reports, design calculations, cost estimates, and project management, as well as coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and jurisdiction officials to develop cost-effective solutions.
