Chris brings over 30 years of expertise in planning, designing, and constructing major transportation projects in Texas, with a focus on GEC and Program Management services. His extensive experience covers all aspects of transportation design and construction, including bridge layouts, roadway alignments, interchanges, traffic operations, and drainage systems. His comprehensive knowledge and attention to detail make him a trusted leader in delivering complex transportation solutions. His experience allowed him to be part of building multiple transportation practices in Texas leading to his current efforts to expand the transportation practice across the Southeast United States in multiple states.
