Cohen is an Inspector supporting infrastructure and land development projects throughout Central Texas. He oversees field inspection activities to verify compliance with engineering plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements. His responsibilities include utility construction observation, wastewater pipeline and manhole testing, documentation, and coordination among contractors, engineers, and clients. By working closely with engineers, contractors, and clients, Cohen helps ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with design requirements.
