Dean Vrla has 18 years of experience in civil engineering, including management experience encompassing engineering studies, system condition assessments, design for water transmission mains, wastewater pipelines, and collection systems.

Dean is known for his experience with small and large diameter pipe design; and for his ability to provide optimum and outside-the-box solutions for projects that have involved complex design issues; and for experience in multiple facets of engineering, leading to the ability to design a project that satisfies the requirements of the client, its operators, and the surrounding property owners.
