Principal

Donald is a Professional Engineer with more than 35 years’ experience specializing in small and large diameter water and wastewater projects. He has overseen design and construction for pipeline projects ranging in diameter from 8 to 108-inches. His experience includes route evaluations, detailed design for open-cut and trenchless methods, and construction inspections for large diameter pipelines.

Affiliations

Water Environment Association of Texas, Texas American Water Works Association, & member of and former president of the local chapter of Underground Construction Technology Association (UCTA), which promotes research, development, and training focuses on traditional, trenchless, and rehabilitation technologies for pipelines.
