Mr. Holland has more than 21 years of energy and project management experience including multiple large-scale oil and gas related projects from conception to completion. His experience includes management of 3,000+ miles of high-pressure pipelines, custody meter stations, pump stations and compressor stations, as well as Horizontal Directional Drill design. Mr. Holland can effectively and efficiently coordinate with industry agencies (DOT, Railroad Commission, U. S. Corps of Engineers), construction contractors, and vendors to ensure Federal\State regulations are not only met, but that they meet Clients’ standards. In an effort to remain aware of changing regulations, Mr. Holland has attended DOT compliance workshops and consistently seeks opportunities to stay up to date on evolving industry-related regulations. He joined BGE in January 2025.
