Jason has more than 28 years of engineering experience on a wide variety of projects, which includes data centers, Municipal Utility Districts (MUD), large-scale industrial/commercial business parks, advanced planned single-family residential communities, various city water plants and wastewater plants, flood basin improvement, utility and paving projects, fresh water reservoirs, coastal resiliency, rail yards, and petrochemical infrastructure projects. His experience also includes fast track design build projects for both new location and rehabilitation projects. Jason has a unique ability to work with multiple disciplines and numerous stakeholders to develop critical land, municipal and commercial development projects under accelerated schedules. He is proficient in the design of underground utilities, including water supply, sanitary sewer, storm collection systems, road transportation systems, parking/laydown areas, clearing & grubbing plans and platting of property. Jason is proficient with taking over projects mid-stream and meeting client expectations.
