Jim has more than 41 years of diverse industry experience that includes building two environmental service practices at civil engineering firms where none previously existed. He is a leader in client engagement, agency communications, and team building while holding a firm belief in creating shared opportunities for success; value is then realized. He has managed projects for a variety of clients and industries, including residential and commercial site development, intrastate and interstate pipelines, exploration and production, transportation, water resources, public infrastructure, conservation and mitigation design, community planning, and industrial facilities. Highly knowledgeable, he strives to create forthright and transparent communication, clearly translating complex regulatory requirements and business goals and objectives for client and agency stakeholders.
