His career began in the U.S. Army and culminated in a Bachelor of Science in Surveying and Mapping from East Tennessee State University. As a skilled Project Manager across multiple land surveying disciplines, Jim brings innovative solutions to every project. His knowledge allows him to integrate cutting-edge survey technology into design processes, resulting in significant cost savings and schedule efficiencies for various projects.
