Josh is a seasoned construction management professional with a strong background in municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Experience spans wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, booster pump stations, and water and wastewater rehabilitation projects in fully developed neighborhoods. Josh provides comprehensive construction management services including field engineering, constructability reviews, schedule and budget oversight, change order evaluation, and coordination with owners, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Additional project experience includes parks and transportation improvements, with an emphasis on public safety, minimizing community impacts, and delivering durable, high-quality infrastructure.
