I am a project manager for BGE Inc., a civil engineering and consulting firm, with 12 years of private land/site development and municipal roadway, infrastructure, and open space/park experience. I have a wide range of design and management experience in both municipal and private sector projects primarily located throughout the DFW metroplex. I have managed projects totaling almost 1000 acres including industrial, commercial, retail, multifamily, self-storage, office, hotel, and mixed-use developments ranging in size from 1 acre to 114 acres. Project scopes have included: master planning, rezoning, preliminary and final site plans, surveying, platting, 404 permitting, floodplain reclamation, landscaping, open space design, detention design, storm sewer & storm water quality design, water design, sanitary sewer design, grading, demolition design, erosion control design, traffic studies, and transportation systems.
