Chris Kuykendall, PE
With nearly 30 years of experience in transportation planning and design, Chris Kuykendall provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership across BGE’s transportation practice. His expertise has shaped major infrastructure programs throughout Texas, and he has played a key role in expanding BGE’s transportation services into Florida, strengthening the firm’s presence in emerging markets.
As the Dallas office leader and GEC Program Manager for large-scale design-build transportation projects, Chris oversees a broad portfolio of responsibilities that include contract administration for design and construction phase services, project management, and utility coordination. His ability to integrate technical excellence with program-level strategy has made him a trusted partner to public agencies and a key contributor to some of the region’s most complex mobility initiatives.
His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening BGE’s transportation capabilities, enhancing operational efficiency, and positioning the firm for continued growth across multiple geographies.
