Michael Franklin brings more than 25 years of experience driving growth, operational performance, and large-scale modernization across engineering, healthcare, and energy markets. As the Chief Information Officer at BGE, he leads multi-disciplinary Enterprise departments, aligning technology investment with corporate growth strategy and client value creation.  

 Throughout his career, he has led complex organizations through digital and operational transformation and delivered multimillion-dollar enterprise programs. His leadership experience and the ability to drive innovation and performance have helped position BGE as a trusted partner across a wide range of projects.
