Michael H. Garrison, PE

Michael H. Garrison, serves as BGE’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), driving operational excellence and seamless client delivery to strengthen BGE’s financial resilience and competitive position. As COO, he drives process consistency, champions technology adoption, and mentors senior and regional leaders to ensure scalable growth and strategic alignment.   

Most recently serving as BGE’s North Texas Region Operations Leader and overseeing offices in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, Waco, and Arkansas, Garrison has been instrumental in guiding project delivery, building client relationships, and developing the next generation of technical leaders. With over 37 years of industry experience and known for his operational expertise and deep industry knowledge, his commitment to BGE’s culture makes him uniquely suited to implement the firm’s strategy and vision.    

Mike has earned an industry-wide reputation for building stakeholder consensus on complex projects such as the Grayson County Tollway Study, a 33-mile extension of the Dallas North Tollway to the Texas/Oklahoma state line, and the 17-mile reconstruction of IH30 through Rockwell County.
