As operations leader for the Southeast region, Randy Randermann leads the firm’s geographic expansion efforts outside of Texas into the southeastern United States. Since 2017, he has successfully opened offices in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, and Arizona. His day-to-day responsibilities are focused on business development efforts, attracting new team members, and leading operational initiatives across the region. He also provides leadership and oversight for the firm’s real estate and facilities group company-wide.

A registered professional engineer with 35 years of experience, Randy has provided feasibility, planning, design, project management, and construction administration services for a wide range of public and private infrastructure projects. Prior to the firm’s expansion into the southeast, he served as the Houston region operations leader.
