Wesley (Wes) Jasek, PE

Wes Jasek leads BGE’s operations in Central Texas, overseeing offices in Austin, San Antonio, and Yoakum. In this role, he is responsible for regional operations, strategic growth, and the advancement of key companywide initiatives. Under his leadership, BGE has significantly expanded its footprint in Central Texas, strengthening its presence in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.  

Throughout his career, Wes has held a variety of management and leadership positions in both the public and private sectors, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing transportation and infrastructure development. His background includes extensive experience delivering complex transportation projects, collaborating with municipal and state agencies, and guiding multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and implementation. 

Wes is known for his ability to build strong relationships, foster team development, and drive operational excellence. His leadership style emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and long-term strategic thinking — qualities that have been instrumental in BGE’s continued growth and success in Central Texas.
