BGE, Inc. recently announced a new Associate Program to recognize, reward, appreciate, and continue to develop outstanding leaders within the organization across business functions and service lines.
The Associate Program includes both senior-level and mid-level employees. While the inaugural class has 38 members, the Program will eventually comprise approximately 10 percent of all employees in the firm and include business, management, project management, and technical leaders.
The Associate Program will provide an intentional and formal leadership development pathway for employees.
“We felt the need to provide additional opportunities to recognize our outstanding staff. We have many in the company who go above and beyond their daily duties in a multitude of ways, and we want to reward their efforts,” said Lee Lennard, president and CEO. “We pride ourselves on having a great staff, and opportunities for growth are essential in engaging all-star talent.”
