BGE, Inc. announced today that Jenny Benham, SHEP, has joined the firm as director of safety. Jenny will be based in the firm’s Frisco, Texas office.
Jenny comes to BGE with more than 22 years of experience in environmental, health and safety (EHS) management including safety and statutory compliance; the design, implementation and evolution of safety management systems; monitoring and evaluating EHS risks of operations; and conducting employee training, inspections and audits.

Jenny has a bachelor’s degree in social science from Chapman University. She also has earned a number of safety and EHS certifications, including SHEP Certification from the University of Texas Arlington and a Workplace Health & Safety Management Certificate from the University of California Riverside.
Outside of work, Jenny’s interests include spending time with her six grandchildren; volunteering and serving on mission trips with her church; doing anything outdoors; and playing pickleball.
