BGE, Inc. announced today that Ron Frederick, PLS, has joined the firm’s Raleigh office as director of surveying.
Frederick has more than 28 years of experience in all aspects of land surveying, including private land development, energy, NCDOT, municipality and institutional projects, such as university and public schools.
In his new role with BGE, Frederick is continuing to expand the firm’s surveying practice in the Southeast. His responsibilities also include establishing a surveying team in Raleigh and mentoring staff in the growing office.
“As we continue to grow, we’re also expanding our service offerings throughout the region,” said Randy Randermann, Southeast region operations leader. “We welcome Ron as part of the leadership team in Raleigh to support both new and existing clients with surveying services.”
Frederick has an associate degree in Applied Science in Architectural Technology from Wake Technical Community College. He also serves on the advisory board for Wake Tech’s Engineering and Geomatics program. Additionally, Frederick enjoys spending time with his family and church, especially barbecuing and smoking meats, cheering on his children in Little League baseball and riding ATVs.
