BGE, Inc. announced today that Ross Melton, PE, has joined the firm’s Fort Worth office as senior project manager in the Land/Site Development department.
Melton comes to BGE with more than 20 years of experience leading design, permitting and project management efforts to provide cost-effective solutions for a broad array of infrastructure needs. These efforts include large industrial, commercial, retail, medical, single-family developments, oil/gas permitting projects and more. Melton’s range of expertise covers civil design and analysis software; water, sewer and drainage studies; and managing teams, clients, consultants and contractors.
In his new role with BGE, Melton brings his experience and leadership to the Fort Worth Land/Site team to help manage the incredible growth the firm has experienced over the past few years.

Melton received a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Texas Tech University. He is a member of Chi Epsilon, the civil engineering honor society. Melton is registered as a licensed engineer in Texas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Illinois.
Outside of work, Melton enjoys spending time with his family camping, sightseeing, kayak fishing and going to waterparks. He is also a big football and basketball fan.
