BGE has announced the promotion of Ryan Fisher, PE, to Director of Land/Site Development, based out of our Raleigh, NC office.
In his new role, Ryan will lead all land and site development opportunities, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional development, for BGE in the Triangle.

Ryan joined BGE in 2022 and has extensive local and regional experience on land/site development projects over his 15-year career. His primary focus with the firm has been project delivery for commercial, mixed-use, and multi-family projects in the Raleigh area, but he also excels in project delivery of residential projects. He has become known as a highly reliable market leader with strong technical delivery and service for his clients and on their projects throughout his career.
Ryan is a licensed professional engineer in North Carolina and graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from NC State. He is a former Board Member of the North Carolina Society of Engineers. Outside the office, Ryan enjoys playing golf, doing yard work, travelling and spending time with his two young daughters and his wife.
