Lauren Fehr, AICP, Joins BGE
Houston, TX – BGE, Inc. is delighted to welcome Lauren Fehr, AICP, to our Planning + Landscape Architecture team as a Senior Planner in our Houston, Texas office.
Lauren brings a wealth of experience and expertise in urban and regional planning, economic development, and strategic project management, making her a valuable addition to the team.
Her professional journey includes key leadership roles at the City of Sugar Land, where she served as Director of Special Projects, Interim Director of Budget, Assistant Director of Planning & Development Services, Principal Planner, and Senior Planner. Through these roles, she honed her expertise in project management, strategic planning, and cross-departmental collaboration.
“I’m thrilled about this new chapter in my career and eager to join this dynamic team at BGE. I look forward to driving impactful solutions and expanding our presence in the Houston area,” Lauren says.
With dual Master’s degrees in Public Administration and Urban & Regional Planning from Florida State University, along with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, Lauren’s academic foundation equips her with the skills to drive impactful planning initiatives.
At BGE, Lauren will be instrumental in driving development and redevelopment efforts, leveraging her experience in policy development and strategic city master planning to enhance our Planning+ Landscape Architecture services.
